The cooperation

To keep employee turnover as low as possible within the company, THOR used monetary and in-kind rewards to honor employees’ outstanding achievements or special occasions. However, the demands on the reward system increased by the sheer number of reward occasions (e.g. overtime, health months, birthdays, weddings, etc.), strong business growth, different target groups, and the associated complexity. The many individual incentive measures had grown considerably and thus increased THOR’s costs.

As a result, THOR started looking for a professional partner for incentive systems and found Magmapool.

A modern, flexible, yet easy to use incentive system was needed so that THOR could reward its employees easily and without too much effort. The short time frame of only 9 weeks in the run-up to Christmas presented a special challenge.
