You have the right to disclosure, correction, deletion, limitation of and objection to processing, and to the transfer of data. Insofar as a data procedure is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.
3.2 Your rights concerning data processing in accordance with ligitimate interests
In accordance with Article 21, paragraph 1 of the GDPR, you have the right to revoke consent to the processing of your personal Information pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1e (data processing in the public interest) or pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1f (data processing in accordance with legitimate reasons) of the GDPR, at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. This also applies to profilling which may be based on legitimate regulations. In the case of revocation of consent, we will discontinue the processing of yout personal information unless we can establish compelling and legitimate grounds which outweigh your interests, rights, and liberties, or if processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal rights.

Insofar as we should process your personal information in relation to irect marketing, you have the right, in accordance with Article 21, paragraph 2 of the GDPR, to object to any such processing. This also appliees to profilling, insofar as it is conducted in association with such direct marketing.
In the event of your objection to processing in association with direct marketing, we will discontinue the processing of your personal information for these purposes.

In addition, you have the right to file a grievance concerning the processing your personal information by us to an appropriate data protection authority.
4. Collection of Personal Information When Visiting Our Website
In the case of your visiting our website for mere informational purpose, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise provide additional information, we collect only the information provided to our server through your web browser. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following information which is required for technical reasonst in order to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis for this is Article 6, paragraph 1f of the GDPR:

5. Contact by E-Mail or Contact Form
When you make contact with us through e-mail or via the contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name, and, possibly, telephone number) will be saved in order to answer your questions. If we request information in our contact form that is not required for establishing contact with the user, we alwys designate these fields as optional. This information serves in precisely determining your request and to improve processing your request. Providing this information occurs expressly on a voluntary basis and with your consent, Article 6, paragraph 1a of the GDPR. Insofar as this pertains to information related to communication channels (for example, your e-mail address, telephone number), you further consent to being contacted via these channels, if necessary, in order to answer your inquiries. Naturally, you can revoke your declaration of consent for the future at any time.
All information associated with these circumstances will be deleted by us when it is no longer required to be stored or we will limit processing of same, in the event lawful obligations exist for us to retain it.
6. Commentary Function and Use of Our Web Portal
We provide you with the opportunity to leave us comments. Registration is not required for this. The legal basis for storage of the information you provide is Article 6, paragraph 1a of the GDPR. In addition to comments, you have the option of providing the following information:

There is no obligation to provide the above-mentioned information, and the provision of such is purely voluntary. In the interest of minimizing data storage, we do not store your e-mail address in association with the commentary function. Magmapool, however, retains the right to delete comments from the portal without providing reasons.
7. Applications for Employment
You may submit an electronic application, (in particular by e-mail) for employment with our company. Needless to say, we will use the information you provide solely to process your application and will not share it with third parties. Please be aware that unencrypted e-mails are not access-protected.
If you have applied for a specific position and it is already filled or we consider you equally or better qualified for another position, we will happily forward your application within our company. Please inform us if you do not consent to the forwarding of your application.
Your personal information will be deleted immediatly uppon completion of the application process or after a period of no longer than six months, respectively, insofar as you have not expressly declared consent for longer storage of your information or a contract has been concluded. The legal basis for this can be found in Article 6, paragraphs 1a, 1b and 1f of the GDPR, as well as § 26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act).
8. Use of Social Plugins

These plugins normally collect your data by default and transmit this data to the servers of the respective providers. 11. Data Transmission
