We would be happy to meet with you in person and introduce netcentive® in an in-depth web demo. Naturally, this is also possible via conference call.
Personal consultation & coordination
We will discuss your requirements in detail and sketch out solutions.
Concept with time schedule and cost estimate
We will provide you with a concrete offer, where appropriate, with an agreed reward overview and trial access. Our offer will include a concept for the portal.
Project scope approval
You accept our concept and approve the project scope.
Setting up your incentive shop
Together we will select the rewards which suit your employees perfectly. With the help of our incentive scouts, who research the newest trends, we always have the most up-to-date and most exclusive rewards and brands available for selection and are happy to advise you in this regard.
Your participants’ data is transferred to us via interface or lists.
Adaptation to your brand
We adjust netcentive® to fit your brand identity. The branded portal always corresponds to the corporate design of your company.
Once everything fits and has been tested, we will launch your incentive shop.
After the portal goes live, one of our advisors will be available to answer questions or to organize any necessary adjustments. The premium shop advisor will either control the system in collaboration with you or on your behalf.
In addition, a hotline is available for complaints and participant questions. We will adjust reports and statistics on request using our business intelligence tools.
